Lunch ‘n Learns
This is a one-hour coaching session over lunch on a selected topic. A list of topics is available on request from Dawn@NakedHealth.com. We offer the option of two sessions delivered back-to-back to allow attendance by all employees.

The Lunch ‘n Learn also includes:

  • An open Q & A session
  • Appropriate handout materials
  • We optionally provide:
    Flyers, posters, and other ideas to advertise this internally, if required.
    Catering advice/direction for a healthy lunch option, if desired

Lunch ‘n’ Learns are lively, fun and interactive, giving employees a reason to get motivated to take action for health and well-being.

One-on-One Sessions
I would personally be on-site at your premises for a half/whole day.

  • Conduct a 30min individual and personalized session with each employee
  • Sessions would be pre-booked in advance by your employees
  • Any free sessions would be used as open Q & A, or can be scheduled in for this purpose.

If sessions are conducted on a regular basis (weekly/bi-monthly/monthly), I would also carry out a goal-based program for each employee. This would include pre-session preparation, follow-up, and ongoing assessment on all sessions.

Live ‘n Unplugged
An open Q & A session (usually 1hr duration) run by myself, where employees ask all their weight/health/fitness questions/issues/challenges and get immediate answers, backed up by real-life experiences and findings. Employees can attend and listen and learn, input and start a discussion, or just ask their question of the day. These are lively, fun and interactive, allowing employees to get motivated to take action for health and well-being.

Mastermind Sessions
These are one-hour group sessions in which each attendee expresses their biggest weight/health/fitness challenge. These are categorized into topics and addressed by myself. At the end of each topic, the floor is turned over to the employees for an open forum – a mastermind/brainstorm approach – where others share input and suggestions on what has worked for them. This is a spontaneous, healthy discussion that gets answers and results.

Lose To Win Contest
The “Lose To Win Contest” is a coaching supported, volunteer-based program/contest to educate and encourage healthy eating and/or weight loss amongst your employees. The main purpose of the contest is to enable proactive lifestyle changes to prevent illness, health issues, and weight gain. This essentially leads to multiple ROI’s. The contest is, ideally, a 12-week program to see who can lose the biggest percentage of weight.

The “Lose to Win” contest has all the essential elements for success:

  • Coaching/support/motivation throughout

Executive Health Action Plan/Sessions
These sessions are devoted to examining the executives’ current health and personal risk factors and eliminating the barriers to their optimal work performance. Leaders need to be in optimal health to manage, make sound decisions, and cope with the stress, long hours, business entertaining and/or travel that is a part of their jobs.

All participants will receive their own Executive Health Action Plan, a detailed plan for enhancing their health, energy, productivity and performance.

Newsletter Articles
We will provide health and wellness articles for distribution or as part of a company newsletter. These articles will educate, inspire, motivate and create discussion on such a crucial topic. They can be sent out as frequently as desired – weekly, monthly or quarterly.
Wellness Fair / Healthy Fun Day
This is a designated day to present a variety of educational and informative company and vendor tables which will provide employees with giveaways and things to taste, test out, and win for 2hrs or more over lunchtime. Vendors in the health and wellness field would participate to allow your employees to find out what is available to them and where and how to find the resources they need.

Options for this include coordinating, setting up, and participating in the event, as well as providing experts and additional resources. We will fully support you in this event to further help your employees improve their well-being.
